What is SPC floor?
SPC floor is a new type of vinyl floor covering material. Its structure is usually divided into: wear-resistant and beautiful UV coating (anti-fouling layer) on the surface layer, and the second layer is wear-resistant layer which are divided into transparent wear-resistant layer and embossed wear-resistant layer according to the process. As per the film production formula, it is divided into adding DOP ordinary plasticizer and DMP environmental plasticizer, the third layer is the color film layer, the color of SPC floor is presented by the film layer. The fourth layer is a middle layer, stable layer, which is generally made of PVC resin powder plus plasticizer and calcium carbonate, etc., and the fifth layer is the bottom layer which is made of PVC material plus stone powder, and Some high-end products will have a PVC stabilizing layer on the bottom layer to increase the stability of the structure.
