Most people may have such worry: what should I do if the decking boards are broken? We have a solution that helps you replace the broken board easily. You can have a try.
After you installed the WPC decking, one deck board was damaged for some reason, you can use the following ways to take off the bad one and place the new board.
1. Please see the installed decking 1.6m long, the marked red X is the broken board and needs to be replaced. The clips are stainless steel clips.
2. Using the electric saw to cut off the whole broken decking board. After that, the same way for the adjacent board.
3. Using the screwdriver to move the board.
4. After removing the two boards, it will be like the following picture showing. The clips are still in.
5. Bring the new board and make it connect with the stainless steel clips with a slant angle.The same way for the other board.
6. Putting the two new boards like the following:
7. Putting the T plastic clip between the new two boards.
8. Pushing the two boards down.
9. Adjusting the gap between decks.
10. Screw the plastic clips.
