The structure of the WPC floor

WPC floor has PVC wear-resistant layer, printing layer, semi-rigid PVC middle layer, WPC core layer, and backing layer from top to bottom. The PVC wear-resistant layer is a transparent high-tech layer with a thickness between 0.1mm-1.0mm and a high wear-resistant coefficient. Often the stronger the wear resistance of the wear layer, the lower the floor damage rate, and the lower the probability of the floor being threatened by pests. The middle polymer material layer plays a stabilizing role. The semi-rigid PVC middle layer makes the floor more stable and will not deform or even slightly break due to temperature or external force extrusion, leaving no chance for insects and bacteria.

 

WPC base material

It is composed of high-density polyethylene and wood fiber, which is a combination of plastic and wood.

The plastic itself is waterproof, mildew resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easily eaten by insects, so WPC flooring also has these characteristics.

Moreover, some antibacterial agents are added to the surface of the WPC floor to effectively prevent the growth of bacteria.

 

WPC process flow

The whole process flow of WPC mainly consists of 6 steps including material mixing, extrusion system, filming line, slitting line, slitting line, and packaging line.

1. Mixing: Put PC powder, calcium carbonate, and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed compounder for analysis and mixing, adjust the temperature to 120 degrees (exclude moisture and mix evenly) and put them in a cooler to cool to 50 degrees.

 

2. Extrusion system: WPC foam board extrusion main production line, WPC floor blanks are formed by double screw extruding machines, setting machines, and tractors, and the final slabs are formed by cutting knives at the back of the production line, and the cutting is completed and the pile is conveyed. Stacking platform.

 

3. Film line: large board paste.

 

4. Slitting line: Paste the film WPC slab, and cut it through the slitting line.

 

5. Slotting line: Slotting the divided small plates according to customer requirements.

 

6. Packing line: Automatically pack and pack the slotted WPC floor.
