What is SPC lock floor?

The SPC lock floor refers to the floor that can be completely nail-free, glue-free, free of keel and directly laid on the ground during the floor covering process. So why is the lock floor so expensive?

1. Can be reused. Because the lock floor is easy to use and easy to disassemble, it is especially suitable for temporary places such as exhibitions and stores.

2. Can be free of plastic paving. Ordinary flat-panel laminate flooring needs to be connected with adhesive when paving, but the adhesive contains chemical components such as formaldehyde. It is easy to cause indoor pollution when used more, and the connection is not strong when used less. Due to the locking force of the SPC floor, even if the rubber is not paved, the seam is very tight, and there will be no problems such as bulging or cracking due to temperature changes.

3. The requirements for the substrate are more stringent. The locking force of the SPC floor mainly depends on the connection between the tongues. Due to the effect of the squatting, in general, the locking floor can withstand the pulling force of 450 kg to 1 ton, so the density of the locking floor substrate, Physical properties such as expansion and relative humidity should be stable.

4. The overall paving effect is good. In the production process, the lock floor adopts the advanced laser inspection quality inspection system, that is, the laser automatic correction, which avoids the wave height difference and makes the tongue and tongue more fine and smooth. The lock floor replaces the manual paving standard with the industry standard, which reduces the error of the manual paving. When the paving is done, the floors can be tapped gently to enter the tongue. Due to the locking force, the lock floor extends with the change of temperature, avoiding local uplift, solving the problem of internal deformation, and the overall paving effect is good.

5. Public places and stadium pavements. In general, laminate flooring is not suitable for the paving of public places and stadiums, because people's activities or sports are likely to cause cracking of the floor, and the SPC floor has a strong locking force, suitable for public places and stadiums.

6. Economical and practical. It saves about $5 per square meter for pavement.
